The updated version of our Text AI brings all the familiar functionalities but with improvements that make the experience even smoother and more powerful:
Full Features Preserved: All tools, including scheduling, field updates, and custom tools with APIs, remain available and working seamlessly.
Smart User Interaction: The AI now automatically detects when a user joins the conversation and pauses its responses, ensuring a more natural experience without overlaps.
Message grouping time period: You can now define how long the AI waits to read messages before responding. Previously, each message triggered a new response. Now, the AI will group messages from the period to respond with better context.
Using Custom Values directly in the prompt: You can now use all Avantto custom values directly in the prompt.
Enhanced Knowledge Base: Knowledge usage and information updates have been optimized, providing more accurate and relevant responses.
Train your AI in real-time: We’ve added functions directly in the chat that allow you to evaluate and correct AI responses in real time, optimizing the AI's responses based on your feedback.
Multi-Channel Compatibility: The Text AI is fully integrated with the following channels:

WhatsApp API

Voice AI has also received major updates, focusing on offering a more accessible experience tailored to the Brazilian market:
Accent-free international voices: You can now make calls with voices in Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, German, French, Italian, or Dutch, all without any accent, providing clear and professional communication.
Using Avantto’s own numbers: Use the same number purchased in Avantto for voice calls, both in the United States and other countries. This simplifies number management and maintains consistency in communication since text and voice will share the same number.
Time Zone Configuration: Configure your voice AI's time zone more efficiently.
Call Transfer: You can now transfer calls to any number you want.
Enable automation (Workflow): Define when automation should be triggered by the AI directly through Tools. You can also activate a workflow after the call ends, passing parameters such as call time, summary, and transcription, without needing webhooks to capture the call transcription.
As we work to expand the platform's capabilities, some features are temporarily unavailable or undergoing improvements. Here's a summary of these features and how we're handling them:
Voice AI Scheduling
At the moment, Voice AI doesn't make appointments directly. However, we've developed a handy solution: the AI can automatically send a scheduling link for the client to choose the most convenient time through the “Send SMS” tool. This approach ensures flexibility and a positive experience for the client.
Outbound Calls
We are actively working on implementing outbound calls in Voice AI. In the meantime, you can continue using other contact methods, such as SMS or manual calls, to reach your clients.
Context Injection
The context injection functionality, which allowed information to be inserted through automation flows, is temporarily disabled.
Widget Orb
The Orb widget, previously available, is undergoing a review to ensure better stability and compatibility with new technologies. It will soon be reintroduced with significant improvements.

To make cost management easier and ensure transparency, tool usage will now be charged directly from your Avantto wallet. This change simplifies the payment process and allows for more precise platform usage control.
